Job description

- Reporting to the Director(s) and serving as a member on the Management Team, as Operations Manager you are responsible for oversing all projects from the start through to completion, ensuring that work is completed on time and within its budget
- Specifically you will be responsible for the execution of all project contracts
- You will be required to provide excellence in customer service at Cremur
- Co ordinate the logistics and technical issues of both the Installation and Service staff

Duties & Responsibilities:
Your duties will be include but not neccesarily be ilmited to the following:
- Arranging, scheduling and organising the succesful completion of fixed price jobs and Service Calls and following up on same to encure completion
- Reporting to the Director(s) for the effective, efficient and profitable running of the Installation & Service Division
- Develop and implement procedures for contract management and administration
- Liaising with outside contractors in fulfiling projects and comformance to requirements (e.g. SEAI Grants)
- Maintaining and managing information records between customer requirements, survey reports, manufactures, suppliers, service personnel and finance
- Handling customer complaints to the satisfaction of the customer
- Be aware and implement safety procedures internally and externally
- Troubleshoot and define solutions to technical problems
- Work with company accountant to ensure adherence to broader finance and risk requirements such as revenue recognition, pricing and discounting policies etc
- Motivate, superse and appraise installation/service staff

Qualification / Experience requirements:
- Have a min. 8 years experience in the Construction Industry
- Qualifications as a Plumber or Mechanical Engineer preferred by not required
- Excellent interpersonal skills, open to direction and a collaborative management style
- Required to have a desire to providing an efficient & tidy installation service to both domestic and commericial customers
- A keen attention to detail
- Drive and determination to maintain effective policies
- Demonstrated leadership & organisational skills in managing the Installation Crew, Company Vehicle Fleet & Machinery/Tools
- Excels at operating in a fast community enviroment
- Good comuter skills and must be proficient at Word, Excel & Outlook
