- 39 hours per week with a half day Sunday Supervisory shift scheduled every 4-5 weeks
The successful candidate for this position should have:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to engage with and prioritise customer needs
- Accuracy, attention to detail, organised and flexible
- Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to demonstrate excellent time management skills
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage

Main duties of this position include:
- Ensure integrity of product information and pricing
- Fully understand till operation and functions
- Maintain correct scale codes/PLUs
- Ensure SELs are accurate and the correct label format is used
- Liaise with third party suppliers for problem resolution
- Knowledge of the legal requirements around pricing
- Manage pricing and setup of in store promotions
- Fill in and file relevant control documentation
- Ensure core maintenance on system as per guide-lines
- Liaise with local suppliers
- Ensure the correct cost price is against local suppliers
