Job description
Essential skills/qualifications required for the position are:
- A professional qualification in childcare. A major award in childcare/early education at a min. of level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications of Ireland (NFQ) or an equivalent nationally recognised qualification or a higher award in the childcare/early education field
- A min. of 3 years post qualification experience with a working knowledge in the community/voluntary sector
- Prior experience of management in an Early Years setting with required competencies in all aspects of service delivery i.e. financial management, project management and Human Resources
- Strong proven business acumen as well as leadership and organisational skills
