Duties include:
- This is night position, and the hours of work will generally be between 11.30pm-7.30am
- To Ensure a complete and accurate handover is received and passed on at the beginning and end of each shift
- To patrol the guest bedroom floors collecting all the room service breakfast cards and ensuring strict code for security throughout the hotel
- To ensure that a lobby presence is maintained at appropriate times
- To provide support in other areas of the hotel if required to do so, i.e. conferencing & F&B
- To assist guests as requried
- Bar experience essential
