Job description

- 20 hours/week
- 12.50 Euro per hour
- The successful candidate will report directly to the business owner and will be based at the showroom/office area located on the first floor of the Ardfert Furniture store. He/she will provide full office management and administrative support to the business owner, as well as delivering excellent customer service via telephone and in person for customers calling to the showroom

Main duties will be:
- Answering phones and dealing with customer queries
- Preparing weekly work schedules for sales calls, service calls and fitting appointments
- Planning routes to ensure the best use of time and diesel
- Responsibility for smooth running of the office, and detailed processing of orders
- Following training and familiarisation with products, to engage in sales from the showroom
- Maintaining a customer database and assisting with customer promotions

Skills necessary:
-First class organisational and office management skills
- A professional manner with strong customer service experience
- Very good local knowledge of Co. Kerry for route planning purposes
- Excellent IT and Social Media skills
- Flexibility regarding hours/days on occasion
- A good team player who can also work on own initiative and has a 'can-do' attitude
