- Mainly to work weekends and possibly 2 - 3 evenings during the week
- The Evenings generally 5 to 9 or 10 depending on trade and weekends from 1 to 9 Saturday & Sunday, hours are flexible
- No experience required but candidate must be willing to work and use own initiative

Duties:
- Washing up
- Maintaining kitchens hygienic standard
- Preparation work for head chef
