Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all our customers via telephone, electronically or face to face
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints
- Set up new customer accounts, process orders, forms, applications and requests
- Process payments
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, record details of inquiries, comments and complaints
- Complete administration
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
- Follow up on customer interactions
- Adhoc duties as required by team
Required Competencies:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills - verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience resolving customer queries/complaints
