Job description

- We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals who demonstrate strong organizational/managerial skills, good reporting, communication skills and willing to work in a team environment

Requirements:
- 4 years + post graduate experience
- BS in Quantity Surveying / MSCSI MRICS (preferable but not mandatory)
- Working knowledge of Buidsoft/Cubit
- Full clean driving licence

Role:
- Pre-contract cost control and advise to Clients and Design Teams
- Preparing budget estimates and bills of quantities
- Compiling contract documentation

Post-contract functions include; measurement and agreement of variations, preparation of interim payment recommendations, cost reporting, attendance at client/contractor meetings, final account preparation and reconciliations on a diverse range of projects both in the public and private sector.
The successful candidate will be able to work closely with senior members of staff and key stakeholders throughout the company as well as develop and build new client relationships.
