Pay Scale:
- 27.210 Euro - 31.833 Euro (Dependant on experience)

Minimum Qualifications:
- BA (Early Childhood Studies / Early Childhood Care & Education) Level 7
- A minimum of 5 years in the Childcare field and at least 2 years in a co-ordinators capacity

The Co-ordinator will report and be accountable to the Voluntary Board of Management Committee

Main Job Purpose:
- To ensure the effective daily management of the Childcare Service in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Service, the Childcare (Pre School Services) Regulations 2016, any other relevant legislation, good practice requirements and be accountable to the board of directors
- To ensure the safety and well-being of all children attending the Service
- To be responsible in consultation with the Board of Directors for requirement, management, training, motivation and performance of all childcare staff
- To ensure a dynamic curriculum is delivered to meet the individual needs of children attending the service
- To monitor and ensure that all agreed quality and safety standards are maintained in the Service at all times
- To monitor day to day financial operations within the childcare service
- To ensure service is delivered in a family supportive environment

Personal Attributes:
- Excellent leadership skills to lead and motivate the childcare team
- Strong communication, organizational and IT skills
- Flexible and reliable
