Main Responsibilities:
- To prepare various dishes and foods as required for service constantly
- Aiding in achieving food budget cost controls and targets ensuring minimum food wastage
- To operate in a safe and responsible manner with recognized techniques
- Any other task not mentioned but within the scope of the jobs.

The Candidate:
- Previous experience in a busy restaurant environment
- Full knowledge of HACCP Regulations and cleaning rotations
- Excellent standards in food preparation and presentation
- Be capable of producing high-quality food in a fast-paced environment with a large volume
- Must be standards driven and detail oriented.
- A minimum of 2yrs plus experience in a similar role
- Excellent Package with accommodation for the right candidate
