* Food Technologist
- Responsibilities to include Product testing, shelf life testing, Quality Control Intake and Dispatch
- Maintaining, revising and keeping up-to-date all documentation referring to food safety and revising same
- Provide quality control and quality assurance support to the production team
- Daily production paperwork and filing

* Fitter/ Mechanic/General Maintenance
- Responsibilities will involve overall maintenance and repair of plant machinery throughout production as well as throughout all retail and restaurants
- Minimum 5 years experience

* Fish Monger
- Positions available throughout our stores
- Previous experience in retail an advantage with flair for customers service and maintaining the highest standards

* Production operative - Cahersiveen
- Positions available in in our facility in Cahersiveen
- Working in a busy environment, being a team player is essential
- Previous experience in food production is an advantage but not essential as full training will be given

* Cold & Dry Store
- Manager required to supervise goods in/out in both areas while coordinating best before dates and quality records
- A working knowledge of HACCP is essential

* Area Manager - Retail & Restaurants
- Area manager required to maintain and drive quality and standards throughout our network
- Previous experience in managing multi-sites is a must and applicants must posses at least 3 years similar experience with supermarket/restaurant chain and a proven record of delivering growth while maintaining the high standards that we Quinlan's are known for

* Office Administrator
- Reporting to the group accountant, duties will include order processing, customer service, dealing with supplies and invoice generation
- Previous experience with the Sage is an advantage as well as flexible approach to work

* Export Sales Director
- Responsible for maintaining existing relation with customers throughout Europe, as well as delivering growth in both Quinlan's & Kenmare Select brands
- Experience in the European market of sales of superiors food products is an absolute requirement
