* Breakfast Chef
- Qualified Chef with at least 3 years relevant experience
- Up to date knowledge of HACCP
- The ideal candidate must have experience in a similar environment and be able to work as part of a team in our extremely busy kitchen
- A good knowledge of HACCP and good communication skills is necessary for this position
- You must be flexible in your role and be available to work weekends

* Chef de Partie
- Qualified Chef with at least 3 years relevant experience
