- We are looking for a professional and experienced Sous Chef to be the second in command in our kitchen, following our Head Chef's specifications and guidelines
- The successful candidate will employ its culinary and managerial skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our customers satisfaction
- The name of the employer will be "The Mad Monk by Quinlan's"
- The minimum annual remuneration will be 35,000
- The location of employment will be at "The Mad Monk" 21-22 Plunkett Street, Killarney, Co. Kerry
- The hours of work will be an average of 45 hours per week
