The Successful Candidate will:
- Provide effective day to day HR business partnering across the full people life cycle
- Foster positive union and Employee relations agenda
- Drive the sites communications and engagement agenda and support training requirements
- Support and coach managers and employees on Industrial Relations , policies and change management
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities within on role and work with others on broader plan continuous Improvement projects
- Ideally have experience in a manufacturing unionized environment and negotiations at all levels
- Be a self-starter with a proactive approach in driving the people agenda
