Relevant Skills / Experience:
- Min. 3 years experience in a supervisory position either in the retail sector or other
- Must be able to demonstrate that they are customer focused at all times
- Ability to work on on initiative and to be able to direct fellow team members with clear instruction
- Deliver an hygiene practices and maintain a clean and safe working environment
- An understanding of how to achieve and surpass targets where required
- Have a passion for food and retail grocery
- Thrive in a fast-paced working environment
