- Part time position - 15 hours per week

Applicant should have:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in community development - voluntary/paid
- Knowledge and understanding of the issues of poverty and social exclusion
- Experience of networking and liaising with voluntary, community and statutory agencies
- Excellent communication facilitation and report writing skills with an ability to motivate people and relate to diverse groups and individuals
- Proven ability and initiative to work on their own or as part of a small team
- Computer literacy
- A proven ability to apply for a variety of funding opportunities
- Access to on transport
