Summary of the role:
- Reporting to the directors and general manager, the accountant will be responsible for overall finance management and financial planning in the organisation

The ideal candidate:
- Be a qualified accountant with significant PQE within a commercial business
- You will have a record of supporting a business commercially and strategically
- Previous retail experience a distinct advantage

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for monthly cash flows and budgets and working closely with operations team on the management of margins, variances and profitability
- Oversee and monitor general costs and expenditure ensuring efficiency
- Responsible for timely monthly management accounts and cash-flow management reporting
- Review and control of internal controls within the business
- Developing commercial, financial and tax strategies
- Providing strategic input into the future direction of the business
- Liaise with sales and service team to resolve queries including credit claims issues
- Meet all required regulatory compliance
