Job description

* Head Chef
- 60,000 Euro per year salary
- We are now recruiting for a dynamic Head Chef ho can take over the running of a busy kitchen
- The ideal candidate will have experience as Head Chef/Senior Sous Chef with a passion for food, creating new, exciting dishes and a fair for menu planning

Duties:
- Overall responsibility for the kitchen's daily operations
- Maintaing/raising the food's profit margins
- Monitoring and controlling stock levels
- Ensure correct stock rotation procedures in the kitchen
- Implementation of health and safety procedures in the kitchen
- Estimating costs and ensuring all purchases come within budget

- We cook with the best of what's in season around us here in Kenmare, including our own award-winning free range pork and fresh organic eggs from our farm, just a kilometre away

* Receptionist
- As receptionist you will, you will be the friendly face our guests see when they first see when they first arrive at our hotel
- Providing a warm welcome and anticipating guest's needs will come as second nature to you, as will be your impressive multi-tasking skills
- The ideal candidate must have experience in a similar role in a hotel
- Must be flexible, enjoy a challenge
- Be a team player with the ability to multi-task
- Possess excellent communication and inter personal skills
- Must be able to use a phone and computer system-we use Hot Soft

Duties:
- To carry out all reception duties, working as part of the Front Office Team - reception, reservations and concierge
- Experience and proficiency in social media campaigns
- To ensure complete guest satisfaction
- To anticipate guests needs and ensure that service is provided to the level they require
- To work and lead through the company's values
