Key Responsibilities:
- To take food & drink orders from guests
- To serve all our guests in a friendly, efficient and professional manner
- To ensure cleanliness levels are maintained to a high standard in the restaurant
- To greet all guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Ensuring guest satisfaction at all times

* Housekeeping Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- To clean assigned bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas and to ensure stocks of bathroom and bedrooms items are replenished to correct standards
- To greet all guests in a warm, friendly and courteous fashion and to maintain a professional manner at all times
- Adhering to the hotel's very high standard of cleaning
- Working in a fast-paced environment
