Job description

- 4 afternoons / 20 hours per week, 13 euro per hour

- To join a dynamic business providing a range of window, door and glazing services throughout Co. Kerry
- Reporting to the business owner the successful candidate will work closely with another administrator and will be part of a growing team providing outstanding customer service
- The position is based at the showroom/office area located on the first floor of the Ardfert Furniture store
- She/He will provide continuous administrative support to the business owner, as well as delivering excellent customer service via telephone and in person for customers calling to the showroom
- This role will have the additional responsibility of managing the social media and digital marketing activities of the business

Main duties will be:
- Answering phones and dealing with customer queries
- Engaging in a seamless, daily handover to ensure the smooth running of the office and detailed processing orders
- Following training and familiarisation with products, to sell to customers in showroom
- Designing, planning and posting regular social media marketing and promotion activities
- Maintaining a customer database and running customer promotions

Hours:
- Tuesday 12.30 - 17.30 / Wednesday 12.30 - 17.30 / Thursday 12.30 - 17.30 / Friday 12.30 - 17.30

Candidate must have:
- First class organisational and office management skills
- A professional manner with strong customer service experience
- Excellent social media marketing and IT skills
- Very good local knowledge of Co. Kerry
- A good team player who can also work on own initiative and has a 'can-do' attitude
