We are looking for a dedicated self-motivated person to work within our busy workshop.
Do you have excellent communication, literacy and numeracy skills and believe in always delivering a first class service? Then this could be the position for you. The role will involve using computer systems for looking up parts and diagnosing faults with John Deere Service Advisor. In return we can offer you an excellent rate of pay, up to 20 days holidays.

- Full time position Monday to Friday. 8.00am -4.30pm
- Diesel mechanic: 3 years experience preferred in performing service and repairs
- Provide service and customer support during customer call outs
- Diagnosing faults and finding solutions to repair them
- PDI (Pre Delivery Inspection) of new equipment, testing and setting up
- Servicing equipment, such as golf course / commercial grass cutting machines, diesel engines, petrol engines and 12volt electrical systems
- Promote the company's services
- Maintain a clean work area
- Check and report any malfunctions to the service manager
- Maintain and care for workshop tools, equipment and company vehicles
- Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Ability to go out on service call outs when required, a full clean valid driver's licence is required.
- Ability to use computer and basic computer applications
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems
- Excellent time keeping, and ability to account for all time on a job card and for all materials used in performing assigned duties
