The care supervisor will :

- Conduct scheduled and unannounced care supervision visits
- Conduct appraisals
- Oversee the accurate maintenance of supervision records
- Participate in care activities as part of the supervision process
- Where appropriate conduct care plan reviews and assessments
- Work under the direction of the Care Manager
- Rotate in to the oncall phone system
- Minimum 3rd level qualification in Health and Social Care required
- Salary 33.000 Euro
