- Promote, prepare and serve an extensive assortment of high end beverages in line Relais & Chateaux and Park Hotel Kenmare 5 star standards of service
- A natural empathy with all our guests and visitors demonstrate excellent product knowledge of the cocktail and drinks lists
- Ability to confidently make beverage recommendations in line with guest preferences understanding of cost control and stock rotation
- Assist with food service on day shift
- Completion of daily cleaning schedule cashiering and end of day balancing
- At least 1 year bar experience cocktail experience desirable
