Job description

This is a hands-on role for a passionate and creative chef.

Duties will include:
- Ensuring preparation and presentation of all menu items to the highest standards
- Prioritise, organise and delegate work assignments to control service
- Managing a small team including roster planning
- Responsibility for all kitchen operations including menu planning and stock ordering
- Ensure that HACCP is implemented and documented efficiently and oversee and direct training of staff
- Liaising with management to review performance and the implementation of new ideas
- Liaising with local suppliers
- Liaising with bar and wait staff
