Job description

- Roster and oversee dispatch team to meet the demands of the department and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency
- Monitor workplace performance and lead training initiatives for new employees and oversee employee performance
- Ensure customer orders are dispatched correctly and on time
- Maintain a well organised, clean and tidy work environment with full compliance to the relevant health and safety requirements
- Work closely with the production manager to achieve K.P.I.s

- Previous experience in warehouse management or supervisory role
- Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise
