- A qualified Chef De Partie level is required for No35 restaurant with a further 2+year experience coming from a similar hotel / restaurant background necessary to join our team
- You will be required to demonstrate your experience, your passion for food, your food knowledge and cooking skills
- You will have the opportunity to develop your skills under the guidance of Tony Schwartz, Head Chef

As part of your duties, you will be required to:
- Maintaining high standards of food preparation and service
- Follow all guidance from Head chef
- Be aware of all food preparation standards and that they are met at all times
- Ensure that food that is prepared and presented is of high quality
- Ensure food safety guidelines and HACCP are maintained and monitored

- This position is all year, accommodation provided if required,
- Paid hourly, tips each evening
- Food while on duty
- 5 days a week, off Wednesday and Thursday
