Bathrooms4U are expanding & are on the search for an experienced Project Manager to join our Tralee Headquarters.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and organise projects from conception to completion
- Supervise and installation of commercial and residential projects
- Scheduling teams for projects
- Deliver projects to completion on time and on budget, to achieve agreed outcomes
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures
- Coordinate project activities in accordance with standard procedures and specifications
- Detect and provide solutions to critical site issues.
- Oversee operations of on-site employees and subcontractors
- Ensure performance is in line with project goals and standards

SKILLS, CHARACTERISTICS & EXPERIENCE:
- Qualifications in project management or equivalent experience with working on construction projects
- Commercial Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Works well as part of a team
- Ability to reach targets in tight deadlines
- Interpersonal skills, analytical skills and good judgement
