Description:
- RCC Engineering are a leading Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Company who specialise in M&E services with a significant track record in Process, Water and Wastewater
- We currently have a requirement for an experienced Admin / Accounts Assistant in our core team at our Head Office in Castleisland, Co. Kerry
- This is an excellent opportunity to work within a progressive and fast-growing Engineering Company with a reputation for promoting from within

Details:
- Salary - 28-30k euro neg. depending on exp.
- 39-hour week Mon-Fri
- Paid leave
- On site parking
- Full training provided as required.

Job Duties:
- Creating customer invoices and statements on Sage
- Adding and updating new information to our company projects tracker
- Dealing with project managers in relation to the invoices and queries
- Dealing with bank reconciliations
- Project administration support
- Providing general administrative support to HR, Operations and Finance.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Filing / Document control
- Various other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:
- 3 + years experience in a similar role
- Sage 50 Professional experience essential
- Payroll exp. an advantage but not essential
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail
