We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Nana team as a Front of House member in our small, but bustling cafe. Located in Castleisland, Nana Beas cafe is known for its made-to-order dishes using only the finest locally sourced ingredients, as well as our exceptional coffee.

Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Preparing and serving food and beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Providing recommendations and answering customer inquiries about our menu offerings
- Handling cash transactions and operating the cash register
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
- Assisting with opening and closing duties as required

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Knowledge and passion for locally sourced, fresh food and coffee
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
