Jacks Bar & Catering Ltd T/A Jacks Coastguard Restaurant at Killorglin,Co.Kerry is looking for for 2 restaurant managers with minimum 5 years experience and a third level education in Hospitality Management

- Duties include sound knowledge of all aspects of the restaurant management role including rostering, purchasing and reservations
- Also include preparing reports and cash controls as well as ensuring training is delivered
- Good knowledge of stock control & payroll costs
- Also excellent leadership, communication skils, time management & a high degree of flexibility
- Salary is 34,000 Euro / annum for 39 hours / week
