The Mill Coffee Shop is seeking and experienced Barista to join our team in Killorglin. We pride ourselves o serving top-quality coffee and providing exceptional customer service in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso equipment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work moorings and weekends
