Key responsibilities in this role will include following:
- Sale of new ad approved used BMWs
- Delivering an excellent customer service experience to our customers
- Ongoing training on product and technology knowledge with BMW Ireland
- Using social media to promote product and personalising videos sent to customers
- Car photography and management of battery charge programme
- Handover of new and used vehicles to customers
- Implementation of new retail model working with Aherns and BMW Ireland
- Managing used car process from trade in to forecourt display
- Maintenance of all customer information in line with GDPR guidelines and utilisation of our internal CRM system

If you are the ideal candidate for this role you will love to sell, you will have a passion for surpassing customer expectations, your attention to detail will be keen and you will be positive and energetic. You will also have a minimum of 2 years motor trade sales experience.

Salary will be commensurate with experience and there will be a company car on offer. Full drives licence is essential.
