- We are seeking highly motivated and ambitious individuals who demonstrate strong organizational / managerial skills, good reporting, communication skills and willing to work as part of a team, or individually, as required by the various projects

Education, experience:
- Hold a professional qualification in Quantity Surveying that is prescribed under the Building Control Act 2007, or a qualification in Quantity Surveying that is equivalent to a qualification so prescribed i Section 29 of the Building Control Act 2007
- 5 + years relevant experience
- Chartership preferable but not mandatory (working towards chartership is acceptable)
- Possess a high standard of administrative experience

Desirable:
- Current unendorsed full driving license is desirable as successful applicant will be required to drive within Ireland dependent on current workloads and projects

Duties:
- Pre-contract cost control and advise to clients and design teams
- Preparing budget estimate and bills of quantities
- Compiling contract documentation
- All post contract functions including; measurement and agreement of variations, preparation of interim payment recommendations, cost reporting, attendance at client / contractor site meetings, final account preparation ad reconciliations on a diverse range of projects both in the public and private sector
- The successful candidate will have relevant sector and industry experience
- You will be able to lead ad manage a team, work closely with senior members of staff and key stakeholders throughout the company as well as develop and build new client relationship
