T Nolan & Sons Ltd, Main Scania Dealers are a progressive dealership located i Castleisland.
We pride ourselves on the level of service we provide to our customers. We work as a team to strive to achieve any standards set before us. We are currently seeking to recruit a Service Manager to join our team.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating daily / weekly work schedules for Service technicians
- Deal with customer requirements for service & repair in an efficient manner with prompt response to queries
- Organise & schedule the workflow through the Service Department & carry out customer follow up and prospecting activities to increase the volume of work within Service Department

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Be well organised and capable of working well under pressure when required
- A mechanical / technical background with experience is essential
- Be proactive, work on own initiative, multi task and prioritise, be a good team player

This is a full time, permanent position.
