Job description

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude
- Schedule appointments and manage the spa's booking system
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails and assist with guest inquiries
- Process Payments and manage transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and serene reception area
- Assist with product sales and promotions
- Ensure the upkeep and cleanliness of the relaxation area and changing rooms
- End of day accounts

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency with computers and booking software
- A passion for wellness and a commitment to providing exceptional client experiences
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
