- We currently have a vacancy for an Administrator / Accounts Assistant
- This is a permanent, full-time role based in our offices in Listowel
- Remuneration is dependent upon qualifications and experience
Key Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Degree in Business or similar
- Good communicator
- Strong work ethic
- Strong analytical and commercial skills
- Strong IT skills and proficient in Excel
- Proactive attitude to implementing solutions and problem solving
- Ability to work and prioritise tasks in a busy environment
- Precision, attention to detail and good organisational skills are of paramount importance
- High level of accuracy required for data input
Duties will include:
- Preparation and processing of weekly payroll
- Filing of all documentation pertaining to the department and any GDPR requirements
- Timely completion and filing of all returns required by Revenue, CSO, etc.
- Accounts payable / receivable, including invoice processing
- Monitoring KPI' and production output, stock management and preparation of various reports
- Processing sales orders and preparing shipping documentation
- General office duties including: data entry, placing purchase orders, telephone and reception as needed
- Other and hoc duties as required
