Part time role - 9am - 1pm, Monday to Friday

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Administrator to provide administrative support across HR and staffing functions. This role focuses on maintaining accurate records and working closely with line managers and our payroll team regarding rostering, overtime, holidays, and related queries.

Key responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date employee records using in-house MIS and payroll systems
- Support line managers with rostering, holiday requests, overtime, and absence tracking
- Liaise with the payroll team to ensure accurate information is provided each week
- Prepare contracts, starter / leaver paperwork, and induction documentation
- Coordinate with our external HR provider on employment matters with required
- Provide general administrative support to the HR function
- Organise Health & Safety training through external partners

Skills & Experience:
- Strong administrative background with excellent organisational skills
- Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Comfortable working with databases or MIS systems (training provided)
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Good communication skills and able to work collaboratively with different teams

Desirable:
- Previous HR or payroll experience, but not essential
