Experienced AIM Support Worker
Wise Owl Early Years Service is looking for a dedicated and experienced AIM Support Worker to join our team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in an early years setting
- Strong understanding of the AIM (Access and Inclusion Model) programme
- Relevant qualification - QQI Level 5 or 6 award in Early Childhood Care and Education
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Patient, caring, and supportive approach
Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one support for a child with additional needs
- Work closely with room leaders, parents, and management
- Assist in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
- Follow policies and procedures in line with Tusla and AIM guidelines

Requirements
