- Candidate has to be available to work weekends
- Must be available Monday - Sunday

The ideal candidate will have / be:
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure

- Current shifts are 9am to 3pm and 3pm to 9pm - these maybe subject to change

Main duties:
- Actively live Centra brand-values i.e. Proud, Energetic, Imaginative and Community-Based
- Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and in line with store policy

- The roll includes managing back store operations
- Training will be provided
- Must be available Monday - Sunday
