Job description

We're looking for a person to join our site acquisition team, supporting the delivery of telecommunications infrastructure projects across Ireland.

The role involves identifying and securing sites for telecoms mast development, negotiating lease terms with landowners, agreeing Heads of Terms and progressing agreements to completion with solicitors.

You'll manage your own portfolio of sites, supported by an experienced Team Leader, and work closely with construction and radio engineering teams. The role requires travel to sites and attendance at our Dublin office one day per week. A company vehicle is provided.
About you:

Minimum 2 years PQE
Full driving licence
Telecoms experience not required
Property sales, agency or lettings background advantageous
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
