Quilter Construction Ltd is a growing insulation and retrofit company. Due to continued expansion, we are seeking an experienced Fiance Manager / Financial Accountant to support the financial management of the business as we continue to expand.

Key responsibilities:
- Preparation of montly management accounts
- Cashflow forecasting & financial reporting
- VAT, PAYE and RCT compliance
- Payroll and subcontractor payments
- Managing debtors & creditors
- Monitoring job profitability & budgets
- Liaising with external accountants and advisors

Requirements:
- ACA / ACCA / CPA qualified (or relevant experience)
- Minimum 3+ years experience in accounting or finance
- Experience using accounting software such as Xero, Sage or QuickBooks
- Experience in construction or SME environments and an advantage
