- Monday to Friday 9.00 am - 5.00 pm
Main responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary point of contract for the Office, managing customer orders by phone / email / text and purchase orders
- Accurate inputting of customer orders onto our system and generating all paperwork related to the delivery of the order
- Accurate processing of invoices post-delivery onto our system
- Filing and data management
- Supporting office team with administration duties
- Supporting budgeting and bookkeeping procedures, when required
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in office administration in a fast-paced environment is essential
- Excellent customer service and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritise urgent work
- Works well as part of a team and shows strong problem-solving skills and initiative
- Excellent attention to detail and adaptability
- Confident and effective use of digital tools, including MS Office
- Fluency in English is essential
- Own transport is essential
